Property Management
This is our charge for looking after your property year-round. It includes 1 visit to (inside) your property per month, for general checks. It also includes up to 5 extra visits to the property per annum, for tasks such as turning on / off heating, water, electricity or meeting suppliers or service providers (e.g. Wood delivery, chimney sweep), each visit to take up to 1 hour.
We hold keys to your property in our office in St Gervais and are available as your first point of contact in case of any problems or emergencies with your property in your absence.
Price: €480 per annum (€360 for one bedroom and studio properties).
Sales and Marketing
Marketing your holiday rental property on our websites, dealing with enquiries and taking reservations. Price: 20% of the rental price. (Commission charged in sterling on bookings made by ourselves).
Customer check-in
For customers arriving at your rental property we hand over the keys at our town-centre location, welcome them, answer any general queries they might have and receive the keys back at the end of their rental. In addition we act as their local point of contact in case of any problems or questions that may arise during their stay.
Price: 30€ per rental.
Housekeeping services
We offer a full cleaning service on a regular or ad-hoc basis, including weekly changeovers between guests and before/after season cleans. We also offer a laundry service for linen and towels as part of a regular cleaning schedule.
Price: Cleaning 20€ per hour; Laundry: 15€ per occupant (sheets, towels, t-towel(s) and bath mat(s)). Price list available for additional items on request.
Other services
Additional property management services such as emergency call-outs, project management, additional visits to the property and liaison with suppliers and service providers are charged at €30 per hour (min ½ hour).
All of the above prices are in Euros unless specified and are subject to TVA (French sales tax) at 19.6%. Sales commission is charged in £ sterling inclusive of VAT. Invoicing is on a monthly basis in arrears.
